How Can severe Fatigue Along With Lightheadedness Be Treated?

Friend of mine female, 17, says she s feeling lightheaded, faint, fatigue, not warm not dehydrated nor from any activity, Nausea, feels like head is racing, as far as we know no fever, no sexual activity she said this came upon her like a wave within a few minutes
